Finally, the jars are washed, dried and labeled. Donna Lisa tomatoes in water and salt are preferably used raw for bread, bruschetta, friselle. Excellent in cooking as a condiment for pasta and for the preparation of sauces, stews, baked fish, fish soups, cooked vegetables, legumes, soups, pizza, scrambled eggs.
