Limò

Limò is a condiment based on extra virgin olive oil and lemons, obtained by simultaneously grinding olives and lemons from the Gargano. Its peculiarity is a fruity and fresh aroma, with a pleasant hint of olives and lemons, which makes it a suitable condiment for fish, cooked vegetables, “carpaccio”, “Tagliolini with lemon”, and lemon desserts.
