Diomedes Vino Rosso San Severo DOC affinato in Barrique

Dagli intensi profumi di vaniglia e dal sapore morbido di caffè tostato, dal colore rosso rubino con riflessi granata, Diomedes è un vino ottenuto da sole uve Montepulciano, invecchiato per sei mesi in barrique di rovere francese a media tostatura e per quattro mesi ibottiglia. E’ un ottimo abbinamento per secondi piatti dal sapore deciso come arrosti, carni speziate e formaggi di lunga stagionatura. Si consiglia di servirlo a temperatura ambiente (18° – 20° C), versandolo in un decanter per una buona aerazione.

Drionis Vino Rosso San Severo DOC

Vino ottenuto da uve della varietà Montepulciano dal colore rosso rubino, che presenta un seducente profumo fruttato ed intenso, con sentori di amarena e ciliegia.

Il sapore bilanciato, morbido e tannico, lo rende particolarmente adatto all’abbinamento con sughi di carne, carni alla brace e formaggi dal gusto deciso.

Si consiglia di servirlo alla temperatura di 16° – 18° C, versandolo in un decanter per una buona aerazione.
