Typical produce
A whole variety of produce of primary importance to nutrition and the Mediterranean Diet is grown throughout the whole of the Daunia, and in particular in the countryside around San Severo. This diet has been a crucial factor in making Puglia one of the principal agricultural regions of Italy.
