Donna Lisa’s Dry Pasta is made from the best durum wheat semolina and prepared according to precise traditional recipes, and then put to dry slowly at low temperature. In order to bring out the best in our home-style pasta, we have selected the pasta shapes typical of the Region of Puglia only: Orecchiette, Cavatelli, Cicatelli and Ferretti.
